Seabreeze is a spacious 4 bedroom cottage, with 3 en-suite and an additional large shower room.  It is equipped to be home from home, and cleaned by professional cleaning company.  The wood burning stove in the sitting room will be set for your arrival.  This house is ideal for 2 families to share, or just 2 people wanting to spend a quiet week away from it all.   The front garden is large and enclosed with a lawn and drive which has room to park 3 cars comfortably.  Seabreeze has full central heating and double glazing in all rooms.  This house is in a row of 8, and second from the end.

Downstairs:

Spacious kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, second fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and all expected electrical items.  There is a large selection of crockery and cooking equipment. A very large table to comfortably seat 8 is in the centre of the kitchen.

The sitting room is spacious and comfortable, with wood burning stove, Sky TV, DVD player, CD player, and has patio doors leading to the conservatory.  The open plan stairway leads upstairs.
This conservatory is beautifully light and airy, with sofa and door leading to the enclosed patio at the rear of the cottage.
The patio has garden table, chairs and BBQ and gets the majority of the days’ sunshine.
Bedroom 1 is downstairs which leads off the hallway and is at the front of the house.  King size bed, drawers and wardrobe.  There is a spacious en-suite shower room with shower, wc and sink.
Bathroom which leads off the hallway, is large with shower unit, wc and sink.

Upstairs leading from the sitting room:

Large spacious landing with bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 leading from it.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, wardrobe and drawers, fabulous views across the sea towards the Farne Islands, en-suite with shower, wc and sink unit.
Bedroom 3: King size bed, hanging area and drawers, en-suite with cast iron bath, shower, wc and sink unit.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawers, fabulous views across the sea towards the Farne Islands.
