The Granary is a 3 bedroom cottage full of charm and character which has been a working granary in the past.  The front door leads on to the private lane, from which you can walk through the dunes directly onto Beadnell Beach.

The front garden is enclosed with bbq and garden benches.  It is equipped to be home from home, and cleaned by professional cleaning company.  The wood burning stove in the sitting room is prepared for your arrival.   The back garden is large but not enclosed – however this is a great place to sit and watch Beadnell go by.

There is parking for 2 cars on the parking bay in the back garden. There is full central heating and double glazing in all rooms. 

Downstairs:
Cottage style kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave and all expected electrical items.  There is a good selection of crockery and cooking equipment.
The sitting room has wood burning stove, Sky TV, DVD player, CD player.  There is a dining table to seat 5, and there is an open plan stairway leading upstairs.
The bathroom is downstairs which has bath with over shower, wc and sink unit.

Upstairs leading from the sitting room:
Bedroom 1: King size bed, wardrobe and drawers, TV and great views across the sand dunes.
Bedroom 2: double bed, hanging area and drawers, sink unit. This room has a slanting roof.
Bedroom : single bed, wardrobe and drawers.
