Benthall Cottage is a spacious detached house, which is on a private lane with walking access directly over the dunes onto Beadnell Beach, which is ideal for children.  This house is fully equipped to make your holiday relaxing and comfortable.  With 3 spacious and light bedrooms, this house insists you relax!  There are children’s games, dvd’s and a PS2 in the snug.  There is double glazing and central heating in all the rooms.  There is parking for 2 cars in the cottage grounds.



Entering the house from the back garden, there is a utility room/entrance area.  This has fridge/freezer, sink unit, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Leading to kitchen which is fully equipped with second fridge, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, and all expected electrical items.  There is a large selection of crockery and cooking equipment.

The sitting room and dining area leads from the hall, and is spacious and comfortable, with sky TV, DVD player, CD player, ipod docking station.  This room has the dining area attached, which has dining table to comfortably seat six.

The snug room has corner sofa unit, TV, DVD player and PS2.   
The front door entrance is at the end of the hallway.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, wardrobe and drawers, views across the beach, En-suite with shower, wc and sink unit. Hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers and fabulous views across the sea towards the Farne Islands.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top, drawers, fabulous views across the sea towards the Farne Islands.
The Bathroom is large with bath, wc and sink unit. 

The back garden has grass and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.  This garden gets the sun all day and is totally enclosed.
